Description
OE replacement plastic bushing cup for the shift control lever pivot ball on manual transmission shifters found in the following Jeep & Dodge applications:
- Jeep Wrangler
- 4 cyl : 1987-2002 (AX5)
- 6 cyl : 1989-1999 (AX15)
- Does NOT FIT 1987-1989 6 cyl w/ BA10/5
- Jeep Cherokee
- 4 cyl : 1984-2000 (AX4 or AX5)
- 6 cyl : 1984-1986 (AX5) & 1989-1999 (AX15)
- Does NOT FIT 1987-1989 w/ BA10/5
- Jeep Comanche
- 4 cyl : 1986-1992 (AX4 or AX5)
- 6 cyl : 1986 (AX5) & 1989-1992 (AX15)
- Does NOT FIT 1987-1989 w/ BA10/5
- Dodge Dakota
- 4 cyl : 1993-1998 (AX15)
- 6 cyl : 1992-1999 (AX15)
- Fits stock & aftermarket shifters including Hurst & Core Shifters short throw shifters
- Does NOT FIT newer model years - NO exceptions!
- Bushing fits onto a 16mm dia sphere (at bottom of shift lever) and has a ~20mm OD
- If yours is loose or missing (!) you need one of these!
- Simple installation - remove shifter boots, push & turn ring inside housing, & lift out lever (no need to remove base)
